北大12HR超馬賽倒數13天基本訓練:
3月份開始為了積極準備我的北大12HR超馬賽,所以上週幾乎每天訓練都比平常加個1小時,每天基本訓練量2HR,這週訓練再加1小時上去,希望這週每天基本訓練量3HR,這週應該算是最後衝刺了,下週打算就停跑1整週讓身體充份休息將身體狀況和體力調適到最佳狀況來好好來跑這場我的個人20馬(初12HR超馬):台北大學12HR超馬賽~~加油!!
