期待已久的丹大林道小超馬......
竟然傷痕累累差一點點殘念
前13K都正常,從14K開始嚴重抽筋
接下來的30K,就在邊跑邊走邊抽筋中度過
基本上是翻山越嶺撐完賽程
重點一:跑全馬前兩天絕對不能捐血,少了500cc血量輸送氧氣幫助代謝,以後跟捐血中心商量,在身上多放幾天
重點二:可不可以規定以後跑馬前一天晚上不准上Line談公事,搞到整晚沒睡好,不要學柯P搞到官不聊生好嗎?
賽前宣言: 山明水秀、地靈人傑的南投縣水里鄉是我的出生地,在這裡跑第一場小超馬,格外有意義!
