最多就5k 6k這樣⋯
跑前實在是有點驚⋯
然後這次很大膽的有穿新鞋Skechers Go run 4
在沒跟新鞋培養感情過的狀態下果然不能直接穿來跑長距離
(我還不習慣穿太輕的鞋子)
10k後我就想念我的rider了。Orz
然後ㄧ直處於小腿緊繃的狀態下⋯
之前沒有這樣說⋯都痠大腿
今天怎麼小腿比大腿還痠⋯
果不其然30k後就爆了@@
之後就跑跑走走的....
幸好肌腱拉傷的地方很乖沒作怪!!呼
