21K(p4:39)小破半馬pb一分鐘
天氣一樣冷涼,暖跑2K後脫去長褲風衣起跑,配速4:45-4:40之間約,約六成力,輕鬆感今天不常出現,偶爾要略加施力,特別是強勁東北季風的逆風段及上坡路段,順風段跑起來就很過癮,跑前大概知道今天可能會破半馬pb,17K之後開始略加一些步頻及速度,但無法加太多,吃力感比之前重,只能慢慢加慢慢放,最後小破pb一分鐘,跑完腳指頭有感覺,可能又要黑指甲了XD~
