中距離@15K,又過了好幾天下雨天,今天設定跑個中距離,原本想輕鬆跑,不過每次體感配速就爆衝,沒幾K跟到一位配速超穩的大哥,就這様跟了許久,返程後加速追趕大哥,不過也不躁進,就用穩定的配速追擊,終於在剩兩公里處讓我追到,這是腳傷以來跑得最遠的距離,加油,我的腳。
