當下真的盡力了,儘管前半馬維持在90分內破三配速,之後上到環東高架就慢慢掉速,也漸漸跟不上列車。進入河濱後,本來的風雨加上更濕滑的路面又更加難跑,30K後再掉速,35K已經只能跑5分速、雙腳緊繃,只能拖著腳慢慢跑回去,看著時間,只求310內完賽。
最終進步11分21秒,PB來到307,雖然不甚滿意不過也不算太差。回顧整個週期完成度也有8成,主訓練也沒少跑過,該練的也練了,所以也沒什麼好遺憾的,比賽只是過程,持續訓練才是結果,只好下次再來過。

賽後評分: 路線設計帶出台北特色,但是彎來彎去也真的不好跑,進入河濱後更是,來到35K後,甚至還出現小徑……一樣彎來彎去,只有跑會北田讓人覺得不錯而已。
