原本氣象預報說今天溫度比昨天高二度,我都做好艱苦作戰的心理準備,多準備了頭巾和小腿套.,避免鞋子太濕....
沒想到今天是陰天偶爾毛毛雨,很適合跑步的天氣!😄
今天課表是25K長跑+2K緩跑,打算一開始先以5:20的配速,最後5K在以5分速跑完。
在10K和18K時分別停下來補水和小休息..
開始跑才發覺今天島上人似乎少了很多,原來是「安平夜跑」今天在億載金城辦了30K長跑訓練,大家都改去那裡跑了。
我也繞去看一下熱鬧..中間有1K超速是因為跟跑了一小段...
過了半馬後,腳有點痠了,改變一下節奏,還好天氣很涼,體力流失沒那麼大,才能跑完今天課表。
今天跑後,感覺自己的跑力和耐力還得加強,要不然後半段還是會辛苦啊!😭
