第二次全程沒步兵的全馬.完賽成績跟賽前所預定目標一致,但是過程辛苦了點.
順便測試一下新鞋子DUAL 2的適用性.結果32k之後就撐不住了....
這次補給內容:0, 9, 19, 27, 36 個一包GU, 0, 22各一包RACE ON. 32左右再一包寶礦力粉.
37K右小腿仍然有抽筋的感覺.
