台北馬第一次的長距離。目標35公里,跑到26就不想跑了🤪不知道是心態問題還是怎樣🤷♂️Asics Glideride跑起來感覺足弓很貼,腳踝固定很好,跑起來真的有讓人ㄧ直抬腿跑,只是還是偏重,蠻適合不跑速度的慢跑🤔
