這禮拜沒人開團跑山,所以昨天休息了,今早5:30就出門跑步,想說早點出門比較不曬,想不到事與願違,5:30的太陽就很大了,即使跟平常路線相反還是很曬,水分流失很快,只能多休息幾次,下次要跑右岸折返有堤防遮蔽才沒那麼曬,不然跑O型路線實在受不了
