今天微悶,但風向風力較弱,因此順逆風感覺差異不大,加上赤裸上身跑步透氣舒服多了,17公里只喝350cc完成,終於可以克服水的依賴,其實今天長跑是因為這倆天亂吃,體重瞬間從65kg增加到67kg. 只好趕緊消耗卡路里,👍
