今天一開始就抱著:「這個禮拜都練13K了,再怎樣13K前都不可以進入死撐模式吧!」,自我催眠效果還不錯,不過,經過大稻埕還是忍不住7-11的誘惑,跑出去買運動飲料喝了,今天Fin第二瓶10元,一下子買了兩瓶,本想喝一瓶,帶走一瓶,後來竟然發現腰包帶一瓶不太能跑,硬是又灌了半瓶~~
整體來說,今天狀況比上星期好,看起今天跑快一點的策略是正確的~~~
