訓練鞋測試跑~~
自從年前左膝外側受傷之後就無法駕馭重鞋, 所以已經1-2個月不敢穿重鞋跑步了,
今天再度測試重鞋, 果然第7K左膝外側又開始有點酸卡, 勉強才撐完10K, 顯然受傷部位還沒完全復原..
