天氣很好,狀況很不好,一整路都在鍛鍊括約肌,真痛苦
從禮拜四開始,吃了東西大概就是半小時後反應,然後就種芋頭,一直到禮拜六,居然演變成肚子痛,女兒跟我說,好好睡個覺應該會好一點。所以前一天九點睡,也睡了好覺。三點起來,開車到集集,5點,半路吃的麵包又開始反應,哎!
還是得跑啊,都來了,跑到18 K開始脹脹的,勉強跑了半馬,原本一起的兄弟彬說,他要開始走了,好吧!原本期待你帶我回去的。
然後就跟著我的脹氣肚子,補給站配鹽水,也讓我撐到39K,眼前看到的是一整排的,前面沒有的豐富補給,管他的,吃了,還帶了一隻棉花糖邊走邊舔...
肚子也沒事,然後到終點一鞠躬先上個廁所,舒坦。
今年賽事跑完了,明天還有一天,不過達成400K跟一整年5000K的目標,可以了。
明年也要快樂的跑哩!
