3/26 課題 " 動態熱身+100秒配速跑40圈+5圈緩和+伸展放鬆 " 今天感覺很悶熱,今晚的100秒跑得有點掉漆,跑完一萬就下車休息了,後來申元ㄍ來又跟著他繼續跑剩下的15圈,完跑後分析,可能是周一跑得尚未恢復,又碰上天氣悶熱的關係,但天氣的部分是自己需要去克服的,所以下回再把休息放鬆時間做調整試試,加油啦!我一定可以的
