賽前中感冒未癒,心裡直想著這場真是我的罩門,跑步7年了!居然還沒有跑過這一次,上一次是因為霸王級寒流棄跑未出賽。
想說順順的跑,一路上除了不舒服的喉嚨一直卡痰,其他狀況還算不錯,30km耗時2小時39分,算一算可以SUB4但會有點累,也沒有什麼意義,身體要緊,回程上坡乾脆用走的,就這樣順順的405完賽!!!
這次是近兩年來賽後體感最好的一次,完全沒什麼不舒服,而且這中爛成績還是這兩年最快的,哈哈哈!!!
