中長距離訓練:成功

前天全馬訓練後的身體狀況及前一天的跨年熬夜,左小腿酸痛,今天整體跑起來很辛苦,前14K有一半段時間處在逆風的情況,14K時把唯一補給鹽糖含在口中,慢慢地珍惜他為身體所帶來的能量,19K尿急受不了上了廁所,21K開始肚子開始飢餓,而飢餓的感覺越來越嚴重,靠著意志力努力維持速度,心中只想著快跑完,並且決定吃小籠包來犒賞自己,這就是所謂的撞牆期吧⋯希望身體的脂肪快點消耗拿去當作能量XD
