還缺水⋯⋯囧 越跑肚子越餓,
跑到後面⋯⋯感覺像是在爬山健行而不是路跑賽,
後半段腳底腳趾很痛,一跛一跛的撐著高溫跑完,能活著跑回來真好🤔
