夜奔,昨天神岡半馬肌力尚未恢復,今晚剛起跑真的很硬,6k後才開始有點跑感,試穿了新買的NIKE FREE,感覺並不特別而且因為昨天雨中比賽,腳趾和鞋子磨擦受傷,所以感覺有點痛,也許過幾天擦傷好些,感覺也會不同吧?
