大老遠從萬華開車跑到三芝天元宮,為的就是要跑巴拉卡公路~~練山路跑…
但…說真的…這次還是走很大T.T…山路真的是我的罩門死穴啊!!! 坡度是沒風櫃嘴陡,但卻是直上直下(一路上坡到頂、一路下坡到底),對於山路恐懼的我來說,續航力不足,肌力更要加強啦!!!
