台中Nick 第八馬,2013葡萄馬拉松,順利完賽,
本來想要5:30跑完就好,
因為有傷在身,怕後面會爆掉,
前10K後小腿就開始痠了,
但還好後面身體調適過來,狀況漸漸回穩,
腳的狀況依然是普通,
在天氣和心肺都允許的情形下,稍微拉了一下速度,還差點破了個人PB,
下一馬,石岡馬在好好衝一下囉! 賽前宣言: 賽後評分: 除了停車比較難停以外,其他東西都很棒,
不過還有安排多輛接駁車,其實挺方便的,
補給棒、人情棒、賽道棒、吃的也棒,
