這場上下坡非常多,有上就有下~
有經過台中最美賞夜景的地方,大肚藍色公路及望高寮。
但是今天要跑上來這裡,實在不容易啊!
過嶺東科大後的上坡,一直到清新溫泉飯店,這段真是硬,因為非常的陡~
還好事先做好功課,上坡千萬不能跨大步,不然體力消耗非常之快,小腿又容易痠麻。所以上坡採用小碎步,果然贏了很多人,又可以保留一些體力,留到之後的上坡。
