半夜上班又接著去講習,18時趕回來跑步,從家出發,目標億載金城,路上工業區巧遇翁崇仁剛下班打招呼,他要趕去安平ya跑,後我再前進,到逹四草大橋,又遇丫南霸告練鐵馬,到逹安平觀夕平台,2名丫南(坤龍嫂、豆豆)要幫丫南夜跑團補給,打個招呼再行前進,15.5公里到達億載金城,跑友真多,真熱情,補給與丫南丫嘉大哥及跑友聊天後返回,走鹽水溪河道,觀海橋,安明路,安通路,海尾社區,樂安街公園拉筋25.4689公里結束今日練跑!
