久違了半馬21km~~
自從去年台北馬拉松之後就偷懶再也沒跑過半馬的距離, 最近台北馬拉松又開始報名了, 所以我該啟動恢復訓練機制了.
今天選擇在台北主田徑場繞圈圈是因為方便可以隨時喝水, 今天分別在
7.5km /12.5km /17.5km /19.5km 各停下來喝3口水, 節奏如教練交待的前面慢一些..., 21km跑下來1:47':59"(跟去年台北馬拉松的成績一樣) , 還好相隔一年沒有退步.
