假日LSD,搭配5421團結日要跑6的尾數,猶豫16或是26,上週六跑半馬,今天雄心壯志的要完成25+,但是天氣還是真的熱,後半段確實沒力氣繼續跑,甚至兩次坐在椅子上休息,真的氣力放盡了,但還是勉強完成25.5K,跑了10圈,印象中還沒有在大安跑這麼多圈的紀錄。回家盥洗真的累,只能坐在浴室地板沖澡,體重竟然一下子降到81.7KG,但這很多是因為水分流失,雖然補了275*4次水、2顆鹽糖,也許是補水不夠造成後續無力吧,應該調整補水策略,夏天尤其要注意身體狀況~
