今天沒跟北投的朋友跑山,因為225課表要跑80分鐘,而且是E心率 ,跑山一下子就爆心率了,所以獨自跑河濱半馬,但是太陽很早就出來了,回程曬死了,加上水也喝完了,天德宮的水又剛煮好,太燙無法喝,渴到快到家才有便利商店買飲料
