天助小團練:
今天一開始很悶熱,流的滿身大汗,我也LSD第三天了,一開始就決定6分速跑走就好,於是陪天助跑跑走走聊天也很開心。
今天開始換課表,要天助跑遠一點,先從14K開始,跑到離天助終點還有1K時下起大雨,真舒服。
後面還有約10K,我就一個人包場了XD,在潭雅神的綠色隧道裡,大雨中跑走結束,忘了配速,跑的好愉快,果然我是一個喜歡在雨中跑步的人!哈
