一開始跑還好,結果跑沒多久,腳就感覺開始不舒服,不過身體其實也是有問題,練習得不夠,所以腳抬不起來,還沒有20公里,就跑不大動,所以回程幾乎都用走的了...等腳好再來練習吧...
