一星期沒運動跑步,趁雨停晨起跑上星期路線,氣溫適中且無風,背600cc水壺腰包跑,沿途河濱前10k跑的不太順,進運河雖然有太陽,但不至於悶熱,回程進重新早市補給休五分鐘。今天腳掌有點酸,整體狀況還好,近期跑長距離都未達成設定的均速,要持續練習並找方法改善。休跑一星期,還是要運動!昨天生日,又老一歲嘍
