| 跟初馬比帳面成績雖然快1分鐘,但實際上是退步的.....
賽前一個月感冒纏身無法照表操課,練習量下滑的結果就是35K後爆掉,左右大腿輪流抗議,只差沒停下來拉筋,跑完膝蓋也不太舒服,小破PB卻一點也不踏實~可惜了Belle幫我祈禱來的好天氣..哈!
今天見到許多MW跑友:芬享襦力賢伉儷、范家食堂賢伉儷、紀大哥、世昌大、我的每場賽事必陪在身邊的戰友迪恩哥,路上還遇到總65的志祥大(我17K時)、女總5的糖果美女Candy(我19K時)折返,還有在中原操場見過2次的文俊大、河馬跑不快的呂爸,跟你們一起跑步好幸福^^
