昨天長距離跑完腳沒什麼酸痛,就是腳底板起跑還會痛,還是慢慢恢復跑。其實想快也快不起來,奇怪我好像有點訓練過度了,速度拉不起來,反而越跑越慢。接下來真的要減量了,短時間內可能也不報超馬了,好苦哇~
黑豆幾天沒陪我跑,今天跑完竟然吐了,奇怪不知怎麼了,連他也訓練過度嗎?
