今天狀態莫名不錯,分明昨夜失眠大年初一的又跑去上班,本來想跑十公里就好,後來想說算了跑一小時好了,結果默默的跑到13公里,要不是趕著回家所以最後一公里加速,感覺還可以跑更久欸。
