高雄12小時遇到的瓶頸之一就是想睡覺,接近中午前後跑到眼睛都快閉起來了,刻意排這兩趟一點左右的看能不能稍微適應一下.
這兩趟發展出一個當很累抬不起腳的時候,轉換肌群發力的跑姿,好像還不錯用,(其實是看膩膩包的跑步樣子有感而發)
