我的第十三馬 2015世外桃園馬拉松(2015/12/12)
由於下周日還有台北馬要拚,加上桃園馬得吞四個上坡,原本就想輕鬆跑就好,早上飄著小雨加上氣溫低,要是再加上平路那就更適合破BP了,真可惜。
從桃園高中出發上坡沒多久就被忍堂,Penny及Vicky追上來了,原來今天忍堂要帶著她們破PB,平常遠東團練時我最喜歡跟著忍堂跑了,因為跟著他高步頻及省力的下坡跑法往往會有很多新的收穫及節省很多力氣,今天當然也不能錯過這個好機會,就跟著大夥輕鬆跑,在他精準配速(平路約5:30,下坡約4:50,上坡約8:10)及邊跑邊聊天打屁下,一下就挺進到26K處,Vicky也因肚子痛換成原本落後的Penny追上來,有忍堂配速跑真的輕鬆許多,到30K處整個體能感覺才跑了半馬,要是下周日台北馬有這種感覺就太好了,後來在最後一個上坡34K結束,就獨跑衝回終點完成我的第13馬。 心得後補~
