| 連兩場馬都在雨天中起跑,一起跑就是常練的環保公園,跑起來很熟悉,不曉得是速度沒控好還是上週礁溪馬的影響,跑到快30K時開始出狀況了,感覺小腿開始酸痛,大腿也抬不太起來,加上楓樹坑起伏的地形讓我當了好幾K的步兵,然後就跑跑走走的慢慢回終點~
這場馬遇到好多在LDS和南天的跑友,能和大家一同在馬場上樂跑真的是件開心的事~繼續開心的跑下去囉~
