| 自從11月中確診後,訓練整個打亂,恢復及後遺症還是有些許影響,上禮拜不慎弄傷左腳背外側拉傷,一度還想棄賽,在醫生評估後且積極治療休養後,站上起跑線還是稍微疼痛,起跑後專心於跑姿落地點還可,只有某個點偶爾隱隱做痛,直到35k做痛加劇,稍加速點就痛,只好穩配守住400,可惜天氣助攻,不會太喘太累,就是腳不給力,還好跑完趕緊拉筋伸展又好多了,接下來一個禮拜好好養傷輕鬆跑了,明年再戰! 賽前宣言: 245-250 賽後評分: 第三馬,當成最後一次長課訓練,沒有壓力,大破PB10分鐘多!殘念49秒!繼續往240前進! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 128~156 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 156~176 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 176~182 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 182~193 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 193~198 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為198 點此去設定最大心率 |
