久違的自己第二馬,由於之前的腳傷,跑量直到比賽前的兩個月才拉到每月約200K,起跑時,可能久沒跑全馬超興奮,有點爆衝,還好祥哥有叫我慢一點!但跑感不錯的情形下,不知不覺前半馬只花了1:37"53,比冬山河初馬的前半程又快了約1分半鐘,心裡盤算著(暗爽中),如順順跑hold住的話,應可325完賽,但.......代誌甭是憨人想的簡單,事情發生在26K時,左腳腳板開始作怪了(快抽筋了),立馬變換跑姿,但撐了1K不到,換左小腿來做怪,一直抽抽樂,讓我無法加速(其間逢補水站就停下來伸展減緩抽筋),但也只能減速及縮小歩幅,讓抽筋不要大抽定桿,可想而知,後半程開始被無數的阿伯刷卡,從第三折返點24.5K左右總排的55名,掉到進終點的總108名(真害)!全程除了自己帶預防低血糖的牛奶糖5顆和巧克力5顆及鹽碇3顆吃光光外,還好有薛姐的私補蠻牛,讓我可以順利完賽!
馬拉松真的沒有奇蹟,只有累積!(去年跑初馬,跑南天34K有八次,但今年只有兩次的30K以上的LSD)
