蘭潭馬後(實在熱又累),(剛好抽血檢驗,醫師說)有橫紋肌溶解現象(?),我覺得只是鐵腿啦......好好休息超過一週...總算又開跑了...時間太晚,就窩在健身房嚕...雖沒什麼訓練強度,但起碼有動一動...只是休息太久,感覺累...
