今天特別起個早看看沒雨就開始LSD訓練,從家裡出發沿著自強一路往大竹國小再折返回到家,前面第2公里左腳小腿有點抽筋現象腳步放緩,跑到第5公里之後才慢慢覺的小腿慢慢舒緩第10公里有休息一下喝水之後一路跑回家.
