1. 很久沒賽事就是要練LSD,這個路線其實計劃很久今天才有機會&時間跑
2. 從新竹市區出發空氣糟透了,頭前溪橋&興隆路挖得亂七八糟,看來最近興隆路都不適合練習了
3. 沒有賽事那種一段距離的固定補給跑到16K身體感覺就突然乾掉了,但停便利商店一次吃飽喝飽之後又跑不動。
