~帶著目標參賽~帶著夢想完賽~
上週六跟家人去爬大屯山縱走~摔傷了韌帶與髖關節⋯別說跑步⋯連走路都是掰咖⋯從被醫生禁賽⋯到後來換了台北的神醫喬⋯終於在醫生的肌貼穩定指令下同意出賽~~
我知道這場仗不好打⋯所以想趁狀況還可以控制的時候爭取多一點時間~~回程的逆風跟熱情的陽光⋯再加上慢慢的狀況出現⋯除了降速⋯也只能跑跑走走的了⋯
是的~我真的盡力了~這樣的成績~也滿足了~~
