真是一場爆熱馬! 起跑後就趁太陽躲到雲後多爭取一些時間, 之後只要太陽出來就慢一點, 太陽躲起來就稍為加速一點, 中途24K還跑去上廁所, 雖然每一個水站都將水往頭上澆, 但是最後12K實在使不出力了, 因為太陽根本就一直現身ㄚ! 已經很久沒有感覺跑全馬這麼累了, 曬到最後3K居然有想要用走的念頭 Orz!! 幸好還是把它撐過去了, 完賽後就是一個感覺: 曬成人乾了! 累ㄚ! 賽前宣言: 不要太熱啦 賽後評分: 補給充足, 全線交管, 天氣很熱, 更辛苦波麗士大人與工作人員了! 感恩! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
