石碇馬不是用跑的,根本是用走的爬山馬,還好能順利完賽。
全台最硬的一場馬?也因為太陡了,連下坡都不太敢跑,還好補給不錯,而手錶上的GPS顯示只跑了40K左右,是縮水了還是因為是山路的關係?聽跑友說是GPS對坡度無法有效量測,所以跑山路較不準。
