今天早上出發忘了按錶,等到看到時已經到了仁愛圓環…是不是暗示我說今天我會有狀況!
一出發天氣真的算不錯,試著看看能否順順跑完。半馬過後心率飆高的問題仍然需要想辦法克服,然後30K後依然告訴我..沒練長距離就是這樣的結果..後來抽筋到兩腿都痛到不行(好像之前都沒抽到這麼嚴重,慢走舒緩過後,看看還有機會破4,就忍者痛在不發作的情況中繼續跑….當我轉進田徑場看到計時器那一刻…幾乎崩潰….拼命衝也是過大會4小時時間,能安慰自己的只有晶片時間還有3:59
