大概是跑量不足,以為自己跑的很快,沒想到竟是如此慢速,差點不相信自己的眼睛,難怪看其他跑者一路從身旁飆風而去,原來啊...
還有應該是體重增家的關係,身體沉重不少。還有嗎?再找理由...還有陡坡緣故,耗費不少體力,尤其久久沒跑的雙腿雙腳。沒了!
儘管有點小失望,不過還是跑得很開心,因為能在雨天出門跑步,沒有窩在家裡;身體狀況雖然不是很好,可是還是堅持到底。這,就夠了。(自我安慰)
這次跑十八尖山跟以往也不大一樣,兩趟柵欄至寶山路登山口、兩趟柵欄對柵欄、一趟柵欄至幸福亭。以往都是跑舊柵欄至幸福亭,相對沒那麼陡,對腳影響也比較小...會選擇這個方式,主要想跑長、跑久。因為下雨,跑十八尖山相對安全。(個人以為)
不過這麼跑的代價是:準備進家門時,看到在門口等待的老爸......被小唸一下。(其實有心理準備了XD)
