賽前一直瘋狂的想破4,但是一開始就知道自己的狀況不好,所以想穩紮穩打,穩穩的配530的速度。
結果到了九點多太陽出來了,一曬,我簡直要暈了(耐熱力極差),結果就在35K失去配速水準,到最後3K才又抓回一點點速度,但仍然破四殘念。
只能說自己訓練的不夠多,再加油!
