往路70:45,復路73:44。(上次往路70復路71)
去程時太冷,腳明顯熱不開,乳酸堆積特別快,還好到崑山宮的牌樓才好起來。
回程的上坡跟上次比起來明顯跑不太起來,只能靠長時間在這裡跑知道到底甚麼時候到最高點才能撐住。
偏偏到了下坡時肚子竟然餓了,全身有點無力,下坡跑得很狼狽,希望腳一切安好~
