#今天氣溫低濕冷,前半馬跑的很穩定沒什麼雨,後半馬往北跑下著雨逆風好冷跑的很硬,只可惜最後5K還是爆掉了!但還是破了PB😄哈哈😂跑量少還是累積不夠⋯再練練
