教練帶跑4K後,先去泡早鳥湯,我們繼續跑柏油上陽明山,緩上坡很舒服。因為皇池12點才開,就決定去打卡了。除了柏油、七星山打卡,還意外探路走到超棒的山徑!青春嶺還是一樣陡,還好是下坡,去年此時居然是跑上來的,最後到皇池泡湯吃粥,滿足!
