跑完在家附近公園拉筋,有位年約60,身高約170,身形精瘦,平頭白髮的大哥,拉著單槓直上直下,小聲報數,共10下。
下槓時感覺他餘光似乎瞄著正拉筋的我,我對他技巧與體力暗自讚歎,也自忖今天狀況不錯,也來試一下,我默默走向單槓,稍微手部拉筋,上槓,心中已默數到八下,又感覺那位大哥正在旁打量我。
最後吸了一大口氣,硬是拼了兩下,下槓後我很滿意的離開了。因為我也是手臂打直,下巴超過橫槓,直上直下呢!
